Important:
We offer two methods of delivery, SoCoissimo and GLS.
In both cases, to ensure your rights, it is imperative to check the exterior of your parcel and report the slightest blow on the package alongside your signature.

Your order is processed in two steps:

The Customer has a right of termination it may exercise within 24 hours after the award of an Order by notifying the Customer Service. If the product is in order picking, shipping will not be reimbursed.
